About Us
Dona and Roger McCurry are owners of Tender Touch Heart & Home, Tender Touch Senior Living and Tender Touch Senior Services. Dona started the business in August 2003 with a brochure, business license and a deep desire to help senior adults. Husband, Roger, has been a minister for over 36 years before working full time in his travel business, Koinonia Travels and Tours, after almost 30 years at Severns Valley Baptist Church in Elizabethtown.

Enjoy home cooked meals and snacks as we offer good old fashioned Sunday supper kind of plates. No one ever goes to bed hungry at Tender Touch Senior Living because we make meals everyone loves. From tasty soups and sandwiches to fried chicken and veggies from the garden and of course, desserts. And the best part? No cleanup required.

Through engaging experiences like building puzzles, playing cards and games, and art and crafts, we diligently work to support mental, and emotional health. We encourage all of our residents to attend meals and activity time in-person. We also have folks that come by weekly to play the piano and visit with our residents. We offer church services every Sunday morning.

Health and well-being are always top-of-mind. We know it’s important for our residents to maintain their physical well-being with daily fitness. Enjoy group classes or take a daily walk in our outdoor garden area. We encourage all our residents to keep moving for their physical health. We also encourage social engagement with new friends for mental well-being.
